The new design measures 7.15 mm (0.28 inches) across the inner diameter of the hole. Stroodies original Magnetic Plant Holders measured 4.5 mm (about 0.18 inches).
The diameter of the Plant Holders base is 1.73 inches.
Order includes one Magnetic Plant Holder, which is two magnetic pieces:
1xPlantHolderFront (goes inside terrarium)
1xMagBack (goes on outside of terrarium)
Multipacks of Magnetic Plant Holders are also available.
Do you have larger stems, cords, or vines that require threading through the holes? I find anchoring the stem to the outside of the loop with a small zip tie or piece of twine to be very effective in these cases! Iām happy to include either in your order on request!

I make these beauties with my 3D printer out of PETG plastic and PLA plastic in Rochester, NY.
PETG is the same type of plastic used to make water bottles. PLA plastic is comprised of tough fibers from plants like sugar cane or corn. Both of these materials will hold up for years in a Gecko environment. Stroodies stands behind all of our products because we have our own geckos and we love them very much.
