Stroodies Subterranean Hides are printed out of PLA plastic in Rochester, NY.
PLA plastic is comprised of tough fibers from plants like sugar cane or corn. Both of these materials will hold up for years in a Gecko environment. Stroodies stands behind all of our products because we have our own geckos and we love them very much.
All of Stroodies products are washable with reptile-safe soap and warm water. Do not dishwash, do not expose to temperatures which would burn you or your pets. The plastic will remain sturdy and resilient for many years but then ultimately biodegrades after about 80 years.
